Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS will require that your billing and Shipping address MATCH. ALL CUSTOM WIG/PYOB & MADE TO ORDER Wigs will have a processing time of 7-21 Business Days.

Shipping & Delivery is provided by USPS Priority. When checking out you have the option to select Added insurance and Express delivery. Please note delays are possible after your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped it is your responsibility to be up to date with your tracking information. 

Bundles, Closures & Frontal processing times 3-7 business days.

Ready to Ship Units ship within 1-3 days. 

SHIPPING TIMES START AFTER ORDER PROCESSING. 

If you Select Express Delivery Please Note that your Order will ship Express AFTER Order processing.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products and Covid-19, refunds will not be issued. Wigs and Any Hair extensions and/or hair accessories can not be resold after being handled and/or worn by another person/buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us at info@heressencebc.com. Cancellations are ONLY accepted within 24hrs of order date. Please note you will ONLY receive half of your money back once order is cancelled. 

For ALL WIG UNITS Please KNOW & PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT MEASUREMENTS Before ordering. NO REFUNDS and/or RETURNS On UNITS that don't fit.
